SPECTROCUBE

  • A multi-element Fundamental Parameter method is deployed for fast and precise analysis of precious metal alloys. 
  • The high-resolution detection system consists of a Si drift detector (SDD) with electrical Peltier-cooling.
  • A fast analysis of a typical unknown precious metal sample can be performed within 15 s at a competitive accuracy. 
  • The sample chamber has a large opening, making it very accessible so that samples can easily be placed and removed.
  • The user interface allows quick and easy point measurements.
